For me, real estate is personal. A home is more than an address or a financial investment—it’s where life happens. That’s why I approach every client relationship with one simple goal: to help people make confident decisions they’ll feel good about long after closing day.
I’m Nels Carlson, a REALTOR® with Realty ONE Group Momentum serving Middle Tennessee. I enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping buyers and sellers navigate what can be one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
One thing that sets me apart is my hands-on background in home improvement and renovation. As the owner of Rocky Top Home Solutions, I’ve spent years working directly with homes and homeowners. That experience gives me a practical eye when walking through a property. I’m able to look beyond paint colors and finishes and help my clients think about condition, potential improvements, functionality, and opportunities to add value.
When I represent a seller, I look at the property through a buyer’s eyes and help determine how we can best prepare, position, market, and present the home to make it stand out. When I work with buyers, I want them to understand not only what they love about a home, but also what they’re actually buying.
My approach is straightforward: listen carefully, communicate clearly, be available, and treat every client and every transaction with the level of attention I would want if it were my own home.
I’m proud to call Middle Tennessee home and to help people buy, sell, relocate, and build their next chapter here.
If you’re thinking about making a move, I’d welcome the opportunity to sit down, learn what’s important to you, and help you determine the best path forward.
